Hallo!!!

Today I’ve learned about how to introduce myself… and I realized that it is not that simple!!!

There are 3 ways of telling people your name: ,,Mein Name ist…“, ,,Ich bin…“, ,,Ich heiße…“

In all ways we have the main sentence structure (,,der Hauptsatz“), where the verb is always on the second position and the subject in the first.

Let’s take as an example the name Martina Schnell:

Frau Schnell – Martina (Vorname) – Schnell (Familienname) – Martina Schnell

Do you really think that you can combine it with all of those ways of introducing yourself?

The answer is NO!!!
